Questions
- How do credits work?
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation, and each action (an autopilot quote run, a document extraction, a copilot question) deducts its published credit price. Your balance, per-action prices, and a full activity ledger are visible in Settings at all times.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- Metered actions pause until your balance refills. Your team sees a clear warning in the app well before that, and topping up or upgrading restores everything instantly. Incoming quote-request emails are never lost: they keep arriving and are quoted as soon as credits are available.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- The workspace locks and an invoice for your first month is issued automatically. Your data is untouched: as soon as payment is received, everything unlocks exactly where you left off.
- Do I need to replace my TMS to use Fretie?
- No. Fretie is an agent layer that sits on top of the system you already run: CargoWise, Magaya, or none. It connects to your inbox first and syncs quotes, bookings, and shipment updates back down; there is no rip-and-replace migration.
- Can the AI invent a rate?
- No. Every price is validated against your own rate ledger (imported carrier contracts, spot sheets, and surcharges) with your margin rules applied. Every agent run has a visible, replayable step-by-step timeline.
- Is my quote data used to train AI models?
- No. Quote data is processed statelessly and is never used to train shared models.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You can cancel any time, and your rate ledger exports as clean CSV on the way out.

Plans are credit based. Every action has a published credit price, deducted from a monthly allocation you can see in Settings at any time. Billing is by invoice. Cancel whenever you like; your rate ledger exports as CSV on the way out.
